The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and customs fees, which may be charged as soon as the shipment arrives in your country, as a requirement for its release and delivery.

 

Such charges and other possible additional customs clearance must be assumed by the customer (buyer - importer), as we have no control over these charges and cannot be predicted.

 

It is important that our customers are aware, agree and assume any charges and requirements as their responsibility, being a condition for the release and receipt of the goods.

 

WARNING

If you refuse to make such payments, your order may be declared abandoned and, unfortunately, will not be refundable.

If you want to return or send a product for exchange, you will become the exporter, bearing all the obligations and consequent charges.

WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN?

You will have to pay return shipping costs unless  the product is found to be manufacturing defective.

You can return your item to CORDIS and place a new order online.
