CONCEPT

Chasuble is a liturgical garment that the priests wear on the Tunic or Alb and Stole for the celebration of the Eucharist. Liturgical colors: white (or gold), green, red, purple, rosaceous and black. As for its shape, the chasuble has evolved over time.

Pope Francis Chasuble CS319. Made in damask jacquard with excellent trim and a soft touch. This chasuble was developed in the gothic model with rigid folded collar. Detail: beautiful embroidery developed exclusively for this piece, used by the Holy Father on the occasion of his visit to Brazil in 2013. This embroidery is applied directly to the piece, providing lightness and simplicity. Finished in silver bias and available in beige. Sizes S, M and L. Goes with chasuble’s stole.

TIPS FOR CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

- DON’T WASH in the washing machine, it’s preferable to dry-clean them in specialized laundries;

- IRON IT inside out, in medium heat as indicated in the composition and conservation tag;

- After usage, leave the piece to rest for one hour in the open air;

- Hang it in good hangers;

- Don’t keep it for too long wrapped in plastic.
