CONCEPT

Chasuble is a liturgical garment that the priests wear on the Tunic or Alb and Stole for the celebration of the Eucharist. Liturgical colors: white (or gold), green, red, purple, rosaceous and black. As for its shape, the chasuble has evolved over time.

DETAILS OF THE PRODUCT

King Christ Chasuble CS096. Made in damask jacquard. This chasuble was developed in the gothic model with folded collar and front opening. Detail: Front and back bands,  and collar in brocade jacquard fabric with soft golden threads on which are embroidered some elements that recall the Passion of Christ, in addition to a beautiful crown to signify his reign. The bands, 16 cm wide, are loosed  and  lined with flat fabric. This piece has a golden bias finish and is available in beige (to celebrate the Feast of Christ the King) and red (to celebrate the Exaltation of the Holy Cross). Sizes S, M and l. Goes with chasuble’s stole.

TIPS FOR CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

- DON’T WASH in the washing machine, it’s preferable to dry-clean them in specialized laundries;

- IRON IT inside out, in medium heat as indicated in the composition and conservation tag;

- After usage, leave the piece to rest for one hour in the open air;

- Hang it in good hangers;

- Don’t keep it for too long wrapped in plastic.

DON’T IRON ON: prints, needlework, galloons and metallic fabrics.
