We ship to all countries. Just select your country in the cart at the end of your purchase.

Depending on the order and the destination country, you can choose among Federal Express (FedEx), DHL and Correios (Express and Economy) carriers, checking the shipping cost and the estimated delivery time.

 

IMPORTANT TRANSPORT INFORMATION

Shipping companies do not deliver on weekends or holidays.

Orders received are processed and shipped only Monday through Friday.

Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days of receipt and confirmation of payment.

Some products may take a little longer to ship due to preparation, customization or production on demand. See the product page for this information and the product availability period.

Delivery time depends on the type of service you select and where you are located.

 

Can I check the order status or track the shipment?

YES, you can track and see the status of your order.

The tracking information will be sent after your order is delivered to the carrier.

 

Can I change the delivery address for my order?

Once finalized, the order can NOT be changed.

You must cancel your order and place a new one. Please contact us if you are unable to cancel your order and we will assist you in completing this procedure.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM AWAY WHEN THE CARRIER COMES TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

If you are not at the address indicated at the time the carrier is to deliver, you will receive a notice with contact details to call the carrier, if it is possible to schedule a new date and time for delivery or information  for pick-up  your order at the shipping company address.

 

DO I HAVE TO SIGN THE PROOF OF DELIVERY?

YES, you will need to sign the package or proof of delivery provided by the carrier.

 

SHOULD I CHECK THE GOODS ON DELIVERY?

YES, check the integrity of the packaging, if there are signs of violation and its contents. Any abnormality must be reported to the transport agent and recorded on the delivery receipt.

Your product will be covered by insurance in case of loss, deviation  or damage. In order for this insurance to be valid, it is essential that when receiving the goods you check everything in detail and, if you find any damage resulting from transport, register with the carrier.

Immediately afterwards, contact us for the necessary arrangements.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and customs fees, which may be charged as soon as the shipment arrives in your country, as a requirement for its release and delivery.
